 These didn’t come out in the order I wanted them to. This is my little guy Ernie. He is growing and exploring his new world and getting more confident. He got to come to our monthly craft day with the ladies. He was very well behaved and tried to help me with my cards. I think he just wanted to eat everything. He loved Heathers house and mostly loved having a sniff of Biscuit the cats bed. I am happy to almost be caught up on my book work which means I will get some time to do some craft projects. I feel like I have spent the last three weeks straight working at the hospital. I know i have had some days off but not many. So I have just had four days off and had very productive days off. Book work done and some crafts, and a clean house. So next week end I am going to craft it up with my friend Lynn. I love these kind of weekends.

My dad got my niece and nephew a Cuttlekids Machine at Paperific. He thought it would be a great thing for them to do. They love doing crafts with Aunyt Nome and they love to do ‘tamping’ (stamping) some one isn’t very good at their S’s. The Cuttlekids said 7 years and up, Shaemus and Rhiannon are 4 and 5. With supervision from Aunty Nome they did a great job using the Cuttlekids and making cards.

For those of you that don’t know, I am a registered nurse and work at the Children’s Hospital in the intensive care unit. Each holiday season a few of us from work get together to make special cards for our patients to give to their families. For the babies we stamp their foot prints on the cards. For some families this is very special and a lasting memory of their child. So these are the cards Helen and I made this Easter. A big thanks to Stampin’ Up! who donated some supplies to the PICU for our memory trolley and our cards.

You all did a fantastic job of decorating the new Paperific  Logo. Meet Logan, he is a serious paper crafter. Logan’s ‘wish list’ for Paperific was longer than his mum’s list. Logan had a great time at Paperific.

These two young ladies (not sure their names) gave a helping hand to Lyn before Paperific opened by putting out floor plans in the shopping bags. Thanks so much girls for all your help and for entering the colouring compeition.

I am sure many of you meet my junior Paperific staff member Flavia.  It was Flavia’s first Paperific and she had a great time doing make and takes, shopping and keeping an eye on the kids in the kids craft zone. Thanks for all your help flav.

Far too much to do for sleep! I have talked to many exhibitors who are busy packing, cutting and creating ready for Thursday set up and the expo Friday. I finished making the new Paperific Staff Aprons. I didn’t think I would get them all done in time but I did. I made a total of 8 aprons. The first one doesn’t count really as it isn’t perfect ( that one can be for home). I am pretty happy how they turned out. So if you see one of the ladies wearing one of these they are my staff (and friends). I made an extra apron in red for me. I like to wear red and the pink and green kind of clashed. My dad arrives tomorrow from Queensland. I am excited to have him come down and help me with the expo. I am very sad my little brother Brendon isn’t joining us this time. We get the older version. I think Bren will be back for August. He is such a super star when it comes to helping at the expo. Anyway I better get back to sticking tape to flyer’s since the laminator now has a flyer stuck in it, I will need my handy man in the house to fix that. Happy Crafting
